First up, Wrapped Around Your Finger by Post Malone is back. Why though? It's super forgettable and I'm not sure why Hits 1 wants it to be huge.

Yesterday, Tai Verdes released a new album... and of course Hits 1 picked up a song off it. This is called Two Sugars. This is pretty good but forgettable. It sounds like Emo Girl by MGK and Willow from earlier this year, and Tai Verdes himself sounds good. Of course I don't actually see this debuting.

Up next is newcomer Aidan Bissett with his song Tripping Over Air. This reminds me of Blackbear, MGK, Jxdn, or someone like that, and that's a good thing. The production is cool, I'm guessing it was Barker behind it... (checks credits)... no it's two people I've never heard of. Aidan Bissett also sounds good here. I'd like this to be the next One To Watch even if I want it to be Anees more.

Lastly, we have Gayle and the aforementioned Blackbear with Fmk. I liked Abcdefu and multiple Blackbear songs, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this was not what I was expecting. It's still good, since they both sound good here and the production is solid enough. I'd be fine with this debuting.

We lost Forget Me, All She Wanna Do, Emotional, and I'm Good. Forget Me is in the abyss, so I hope that will debut next week, but since it's Lewis Capaldi, I'm sure it will. All She Wana Do was good, but never that great so it's not worth losing any sleep over that leaving. I'm a little sad about Emotional going since that was growing on me a decent bit, and I'm Good is the millionth EDM song Hits 1 fucked over this year. This is definitely going in my Honorable Mentions for my Lights Over Paris award at the end of the year.

How and why is Rain Rain Go Away still here?

Blurbs
Yeah no songs left this week, and the first five songs held their spots. When Million Dollar Baby played, I actually thought this week's countdown would be a carbon copy of last week's.

Oof on World's Smallest Violin falling back five spots.

Why is Betty Flopping?

Why is Snap almost in the top 20? I'm sure not many people want this.

I expect Maybe You're The Problem to be gone next week. Not complaining, as it had a good run here.

Yay Bad Habit is at #17!

Don't Let The Light Go Out is now behaving like a Panic At The Disco song would on the countdown.

Thank goodness Victoria's Secret fell back four spots. I wish something other than So Good replaced it though.

When will I Ain't Worried enter the top 5?

2 Be Loved is now at #3. I'd definitely take this over Late Night Toppling, but I really hope this doesn't hit #1 and Left And Right dethrones LNT instead.

I guess that does it for me this week, see you guys next week.
