New Music Friday: Rae Sremmurd, Halsey, Iann Dior, Zion & Lennox, and more

Hello everyone, and welcome to New music Friday. I will be reviewing a bunch of songs that I would be interested in, and telling my opinions before they make Hits 1. Let's get to it. 1. Halsey- So Good Tbh this is the first Halsey song with interesting production since I'm Not A Woman I'm A God, the production here reminds me of Hardest To Love by The Weeknd, but I like that one more. This is fine, it's not great, but it could grow on me once Hits 1 picks up on it. Opinion: Good 2. Rae Sremmurd- Denial We now have Rae Sremmurd's first song as a duo in forever. This is kind of interesting. Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi sound good here, and the production is kind of fun. But I don't know why I don't find this great yet. Opinion Good 3. Iann Dior- Live Fast Die Numb I liked all four Iann Dior songs that Hits 1 picked up on, and this is also really good. It seems like he is going for the same vibe as Let You from late last year, as the production and lyrical content

My review on the new Post Malone album

Hello everyone, today I will be reviewing Post Malone's new album 12 Carat Toothache. Let's get into it.  I will be reviewing the album track by track, writing a blurb on each song, then giving it a ranking of awful , mediocre , decent , good , or great . By the way, a red ranking equals awful song from now on. Track 1: Reputation Okay, so this is an interesting intro. It is just over four minutes long. He sounds good here, but the production does not really suite his voice, it could be better. Ranking: Decent Track 2: Cooped Up (with Roddy Ricch) I have already talked about this in a Hits 1 post two weeks ago. I liked this a lot, there is more going on production than the first song on the album and Roddy delivers a good verse. Ranking: Great Track 3: Lemon Tree Anyone remember Happier Than Ever by Billie Eilish? I do, and I liked that song when it was popular. The point is, this next track, Lemon Tree, reminds me of that track, as it starts out moderately empty at the beginn
