Our first debut comes from Avril Lavigne and Yungblud, this is called I'm A Mess. This is good but could be better. Both of them sound great here, but I'm not that wowed by the production like I was on the Love Sux songs, even though the production here is kinda great. I still hope this can grow on me though.

Our other debut is from Selena Gomez, this is called My Mind & Me. Again, I want to like this more. but it's a bit slow. However, Selena Gomez sounds great and those melodies and key fit the song really well. Calm Down was a better return for her.

Our first debut is the latest single off Ava Max's upcoming album Diamonds & Dancefloors called Weapons. Honestly, this is my least favorite D&D single so far, but I don't hate it. It sounds more like Victoria's Secret than an Ava Max song. The production is better than the aforementioned song and the lyrical content is less distracting. I hope the next D&D single is better.

Ok why? Rihanna put out another ballad for the new Black Panther movie. Born Again is better than Lift Me Up, but not by much at all. It evolves at the end, but then it's just chanting in the Wakandan language there. I do like the melodies everywhere else though.

So the Black Eyed Peas were not the only ones to drop a new album yesterday, Louis Tomlinson also dropped a new album called Faith In The Future, and Hits 1 picked up on a random track off it called Silver Swords instead of a random track off Elevation, such as Muevelo with Anuel. As for the song, it's pretty good. It's an interesting pop punk track except at the beginning where it is slower. Louis Tomlinson also sounds great. I hope this is a hit.

We lost I Remember and Common, both of which I liked but they stayed for a bit too long. Although I'm surprised they let go of I Remember because apparently a remix with Dixie was released yesterday and I thought they were going to switch to that. 

Blurbs

Our exits were Sleepwalking and Vegas. Sleepwalking should have lasted longer on here and I'm fine with Vegas going as it is not as good as it was when it first debuted.

Why are So Boring and Late Night Toppling still here?

Lift Me Up fell one spot off it's debut. Couldn't care less.

Cuff It fell six spots after making the top 20 last week. Again, couldn't care less. 

Yes! Calm Down climbed six spots. This is having a better run than its first run on here.

I'm less happy about Snap tying its previous peak. I don't want this in the top 20.

Honestly, I'm happy Enough is in the top 20. This has grown on me recently, expect it to move up to green next week.

Nooooo why did Hold Me Closer fall nine spots?

I also want Star Walkin to rebound next week.

So 2 Be Loved is no longer #1. It fell five spots to #6. I'll easily take our new #1.

That new #1 thankfully won't be Music For A Sushi Restaurant. It fell to #5 this week and I've heard it wasn't on the survey. Good riddance.

Why? Anti Hero really did not need to jump 13 spots to #4. I hope this gets blocked.

And to everyone's surprise, Unholy by Sam Smith and Kim Petras climbed seven spots to #1 this week. Personally, I'm happy with this hitting #1 as it is a great song in my opinion, and I hope this can block Anti Hero and Victoria's Secret, neither of which are good at all. Also, this is Sam Smith's first #1 in eight years, Stay With Me is their only #1 before today. I'd say that if you exclude Shivers, Overpass Graffiti, Ass It Was, and Late Night Toppling and maybe 2 Be Loved, I'd say that 2022 has been a great year for #1s.
