While no countdown debuts, I have a lot of HB debuts to talk about, starting with this, Hate You by Jordi. This is tolerable but not great. She sounds like a cross between Lauren Spencer-Smith and Mimi Webb, and the production is good, I would not consider this a ballad. If they try to make this a thing, I'd be cool with that.

Up next is the title track off Lizzo's album Special. She actually performed this when she did double duties on SNL, and I still can't think of that episode without thinking of that funny Black Eyed Peas sketch from it. As for this song, it is pretty good. It has pretty motivational lyrical content, and this is coming from someone who has finals next week. The production reminds me of that of Peaches by Justin Bieber, Daniel Caesar, and Giveon from last year, and that's a compliment because I liked that song. I would like this to do well.

Lewis Capaldi is dropping a new album in early 2023, and we have a new single off that album called Pointless. It's more upbeat than something like Someone You Loved or Before You Go but Slower than Forget Me. He also sounds good on this and I can feel the emotion in his voice this time around. I hope his entire album is somewhat upbeat.

Next up is the band Big Time Rush, whom I've never listened to before. This song is called Paralyzed, and this is a new re-recording of an older song of theirs, according to Zestpond. Gonna be honest, this sounds almost exactly like Sueco's song of the same name, in terms of production, key, and the guy sounds a little bit like Sueco. But it has different melodies and lyrics. All of these are compliments here, so I'm not complaining at all.

Next up, we have a new Alec Benjamin song called Paper Crown. I'm not too sold on this yet, but it's still pretty good. He sounds good and I like the production. It's just somewhat forgettable.

Up next, we have a song doing well on Dance Pop radio making its way to Hits 1. It's from Loud Luxury, who previously had Body with Brando on here, and I liked that song. Today, they bring us These Nights with Kiddo, and this is really good as well. The production from Loud Luxury is super catchy and I think Kiddo sounds really great here. Please don't fuck this one over Hits 1.

Lastly, we have another song from the FIFA World Cup soundtrack, (and speaking of the World Cup, the US played the Netherlands today and unfortunately lost) this is from Jungkook from BTS and it's called Dreamers. This is cool. I like the production on this and Jungkook sounds better than usual. Also, the chants are cool.

We lost Sober, The DJ Is Crying For Help, Silver Tongues, Bored Again, Rock And A Hard Place, and If Jesus Was A Rockstar. Except for the first two, which got completely robbed on here, I'm fine with these going.

Blurbs
Yeah, this was a moderately inactive week due to no exits. The first 11 songs were holds or swaps. Sex Drugs Etc, Calm Down, and Super Freaky Girl held on to their spots from last week, Eyes On You and The Loneliest traded places. I hope Eyes On You rebounds next week. Cuff It and Lift Me Up traded places. Couldn't care less. Then I'm A Mess and Enough traded places. Yay for Enough jumping, I hope I'm A Mess rebounds next week. Lastly, Left And Right and My Mind & Me traded places. I expect Left And Right to be gone next week.

Bad Habit is probably on its way out, it fell huge this week. But it had a good run here.

Until I Found You's run continues to get more confusing.

I Ain't Worried is also likely on its way out as it fell spots. It had a good run on here, although I do think it should have hit #1.

Both Made You Look (or as everyone in the Discord started calling it this week, Made You Puke) and World's Smallest Violin jumped five spots. Good for both of them.

Lame! Why is Snap in the top 10 now?

Music For A Sushi Restaurant and Victoria's Secret finally fell out of the top 5.

And they were replaced by Star Walkin and Forget Me, just as I requested last week. Hopefully, they can both hit #1 in the future. I don't care which one dethrones Anti Hero, just ONE OF THOSE (or Million Dollar Baby or Unholy) needs to hit #1 next week.

I guess that does it for me this week, see you guys next week.
