I finally have my computer back (Week of 11/30/2024)
Hello everyone, welcome to another post where I finally have my computer back. It feels good to be doing this from my own computer again, and this now means I can get my posts out on time again. Luckily, I don't have a whole lot to talk about here with only one countdown debut and two HB debuts. So let's just get into it, here is our one exit:

We only have one debut this week, and it's Jack Harlow's latest, Hello Miss Johnson. This is quite good. I've always liked Jack Harlow's rapping flow, and he does a good job here too, and the beat here is so damn cool. Fun song.

Myles Smith- Nice To Meet You
Rosé- Number One Girl
Almost Monday- Can't Slow Down
Kendrick Lamar/ Sza- Luther (Debut)
Dasha- Heartbreaker From Tennessee

The Marias- No One Noticed
Kendrick Lamar dropped a new album recently, and from it, we have Luther with Sza. These two previously collaborated on All The Stars from the Black Panther soundtrack in 2018, and to be honest, that song is a lot better than this one. This is not bad though, it has a decent beat and they both sound fine, it's that their previous collab is a lot more memorable. That's it.
Umm... are they going to be treating the Wicked soundtrack like they treated the Barbie soundtrack last year? Because it sure seems like that, as there is now a second song from it that I have to talk about, Defying Gravity by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. For context, Cynthia Erivo played Elphaba in the film, and I previously mentioned that Ariana Grande played Galinda. And just like Popular, this works better in the context of the film (although I should mention that this is sung after Elphaba realizes the Wizard is not who she initially thought he was, and I have a similar opinion on Fivio Foreign and Kodak Black right now, but more on that story when I do my worst list of 2024 next week), but it is a little bit better than Popular. The beat is good, both Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande sound alright, and it feels more pop radio friendly. So yeah, I'll take it.
We lost Popular and Need Dat Boy. Popular might be in the abyss since it was the extra this week, and Lil Nas X has better songs than Need Dat Boy.
Blurbs:
Our exit was I'm His He's Mine (again). I'm not sure what the point of bringing it back was if it was just going to leave the following week.
Let's get Touch out of here soon.
Nice to see Good News and 2 Hands jumping off their debuts.
Great to see Burning Down at number 17. Hopefully this is top 15 next week.
I Can Do It With A Broken Heart is finally starting to drop.
Interesting to see Heatstroke jumping huge. It's a good song so I'll take it.
And we have a new #1 this week, Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. It's been a hot minute since either of them hit #1 on here. Lady Gaga last hit #1 with Born This Way in 2011, and Bruno Mars last hit #1 in 2017 with That's What I Like. It's definitely interesting to see this at #1, it's already faded on me a little bit since debuting, so I hope this isn't #1 for too long.
I guess that does it for me this week, see you guys... hopefully tomorrow.
