#1 Recommendation For Hits 1: DJ Snake/ J Balvin- Noventa

We have two debuts again this week, first up is Survive by Lewis Capaldi. I want to like this more since it's more upbeat than what he usually does, but unlike Forget me from three years ago, this isn't in a key that I would revisit something like this in. So it's good, but not exactly great.

...unlike our other debut. This is a collab between Alex Warren and Rosé called On My Mind, and wow, this is really amazing. It may be somewhat on the slow side, but the song is in Bb major and Alex Warren and Rosé sound really good here, probably among the best vocal performances by either artist, and then there's the lyrics, which seem to be directed towards a significant other to tell them that they are on your mind all the time, and when Alex Warren and Rosé sing the hook together, they sound really good together and it gets the message of this song across quite well. I hope this does well on here.

Hitbound:
All Time Low- Suckerpunch
Katseye- Gameboy
Jessie Murph- Touch Me Like A Gangster
People R Ugly- Better (Debut)
Benson Boone- Mr Electric Blue
Kehlani- Folded (Re-entry)
Kesha- The One
Pink Pantheress- That Could Be Me (Debut)
Twenty One Pilots- The Contract
Alessi Rose- That Could Be Me
Lizzo/ Sza- IRL
Kpop Demon Hunters- Golden
FlowerOvLove- New Friends
Renee Rapp- Mad
Lorde- Shapeshifter
Super Hi/ Neeka- Following The Sun

Our first debut comes from People R Ugly, this is called Better. This is another fun banger from them. The production is rather wild and Zak Dossi once again sounds quite good here, the "If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck" in the background is rather interesting too. Fun song.

Folded by Kehlani re-entered. Ok then.

Our last debut is Pink Pantheress's latest, That Could Be Me. This is definitely among her better songs. The beat here is very fun and still goes well with her voice, and this seems to be in Bb major. Glad I heard this.

We only lost Burning Blue. It's in the abyss, but I'd rather it not debut.

Blurbs:
Our exits were Not At This Party and What Was That. The second run with Not At This Party was good while it lasted, and What Was That was just a good song, nothing too great.

Party 4 U yet again dropped. Hopefully, this leaves, it's definitely getting a bit annoying.

About time Easy Lover started to jump.

Great seeing No Time To Talk jumping 12 spots off the debut.

Songs 14 through 6 held their respective spots from last week. How interesting.

However, we did have movement in the top 5, and that includes Sally When The Wine Runs thankfully dethroning Busy Woman, as I was hoping for. I'm going to be completely honest here, when Going Out was on the countdown in late 2020, I never thought Role Model would ever get a #1 song on here. Obviously, I am very happy that this song is getting the success it is getting, so let's see how long this stays before it gets dethroned by Manchild, and I would of course like Love Me To Heaven to get there first.

I guess that does it for me this week, see you guys next week.
