Recommendations For Hits 1: Tanner Grigoli- Love You Right, Matisse Jones- Turn On The Night, and Grace Davies- Hotel Delilah

First up, pulling the first Sunday Best in who the fuck knows how long, we have So Unfair by Sophia James. This is pretty good. The beat here is pretty fun and Sophia James has a great singing voice. I'll take this one.

Up next, we have Zara Larsson making her return to the countdown after Pretty Ugly flopped earlier this year, this is called Crush. This is quite good, although I definitely prefer Pretty Ugly. The beat is fun and Zara Larsson sounds pretty good, and the lyrics seem to be out having a huge crush on somebody. So yeah, fun song.

And lastly, we have Where Is My Husband by Raye making its way out of the abyss. I'd say that this is pretty good, among her better songs. The beat is pretty fun and Raye sounds pretty good, plus, this seems like it is about her wanting to find someone to love. I'll definitely take this.

Hitbound (not including Sunday Bests):
Lewis Capaldi- Almost
Jessie Murph- I'm Not There For You (Debut)
Jackson Wang- Made Me A Man
In Color- Headlights
Camryn Quinlan- Ex Box
Demi Lovato- Let You Go
Selena Gomez- In The Dark
Maisie Peters- Audrey Hepburn
Charlie Puth- Changes
Sienna Spiro- Die On This Hill
Charli XCX- Everything Is Romantic
Jonas Brothers- Backwards
5 Seconds Of Summer- Telephone Busy
Tyler The Creator- Sugar on My Tongue
MGK- Home Bittersweet Home

Only one debut this week, it's the latest Jessie Murph single, I'm Not There For You. This is definitely better than select other songs of hers. It has a catchy beat and Jessie Murph sounds better than she usually does. So it's surprisingly tolerable for a Jessie Murph song.

We only lost Talk Talk Talk. Kinda wanted it to do something more.

Blurbs:
Our exits were Eternity, A Little More, and Revolving Door. Eternity definitely should've lasted a bit longer, especially since it seemed to be on track to do such. A Little More also should have lasted a bit longer and probably should have even hit #1, and Revolving Door lasted long enough, so I'm fine with that leaving.

Great to see Eyes Closed jumping off the debut.

I'm totally fine with Tit For Tat in the top 20 now.

About time Not Ok jumped huge.

Manchild finally seems to be on its way out.

God dammit. I was not asking Opalite to be top 10 this week.

And speaking of Taylor Swift songs, of course, The Fate Of Ophelia is now at #2. Who could've guessed?

Well, before that hits #1 in the coming weeks, we have a new #1, Golden. Honestly, I'm totally fine with this being #1 here even if it will probably only be for 1 or 2 weeks. This is actually the first song from an animated movie musical to go #1 that I can name, as well as the second Kpop song to go #1 in 2025 following APT by Rosé and Bruno Mars at the beginning of the year. Just thought I'd bring that statistic up.

I guess that does it for me this week, see you guys in my next post.
